The Junior Suite was super stylish and comfortable, with everything perfectly set up. The private onsen was a game changer—just the right temperature and so relaxing. Plus, we felt like we had our own little retreat, even with the hotel being full. Can't forget the amazing views outside. it really added to the vibe.

The beautiful onsen and exquisite dining experiences were highlights.

Unfortunately, the service felt noticeably rushed during breakfast and dinner. It was frustrating to feel hurried especially during meals we were looking forward to. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of deterioration, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
